Registration

Our 2023-2024 season will consist of 2 different divisions. Practices start in November for both divisions. Games for our second division will start in January on Saturdays.

Our first division will be for our K-2nd graders. This will be skills/drills practices held possibly on Sunday afternoons (if we can get a gym) and if not it will be during the week, night/time TBD. These are practices that focus on skills and drills to introduce your kid to the game of basketball and start putting a ball in their hand and working on the fundamentals of the game. They will receive a basketball and a t-shirt. These kids will also be a part of the halftime introduction of our Blanco Youth Basketball program during the halftime High School boy’s basketball game, date to be determined.

Our second division will be for our 3rd-6th graders who will participate on a traveling team. They will be taught the game of basketball. They will have skills/drills practices held possibly on Sunday afternoons (if we can get a gym) and if not it will be during the week, night/time TBD. If we can have the skills/drills on Sundays they will also have another practice 1-2 nights during the week, day/time TBD. These are practices that focus on skills and drills to introduce your kid to the game of basketball and start putting a ball in their hand and working on the fundamentals of the game and also learning plays, the rules of the game, etc. They will receive a game uniform. These kids will also be a part of the halftime introduction of our Blanco Youth Basketball program during the halftime High School boy’s basketball game, date to be determined. They will be playing games on Saturdays starting in January with surrounding towns like Llano, and Lago Vista. We will travel to other neighboring towns if we can find more to join us.
